Benjamin S. Pahl is an associate at the firm’s Miami office. Prior to joining Sioli Alexander Pino, Mr. Pahl represented national corporation in the defense of catastrophic trucking claims.  Additionally Mr. Pahl represented insurance carriers and corporations in workers compensation litigation at the state and federal levels. With his background in workers compensation, trucking/auto defense, and premises liability,  Mr. Pahl has experience handling catastrophic injury claims, wrongful death and dependency claims, and complex liability matters. Additionally, Mr. Pahl has successfully defended against numerous fraudulent injury claims. Mr. Pahl also holds extensive experience labor and employment law, and construction litigation.

Mr. Pahl graduated from Baldwin Wallace University in Cleveland, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. During his undergraduate studies, Benjamin played football and attended school on a Presidential Merit Scholarship. Mr. Pahl then attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where he received his Juris Doctorate degree. While attending Law School, Mr. Pahl was a member of the Moot Court Board, representing his school in numerous moot court competitions as well as receiving Deans list Honors.

Mr. Pahl is a member of the Florida Bar, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
