BIO

Vanessa Pellot serves as Counsel with over 10 years of experience handling diverse commercial matters and litigation disputes through zealous advocacy, proactive problem-solving, and critical thinking. Pellot handles all aspects of litigation defenses with a focus on worker’s compensation matters and Defense Based Act cases. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Outside the courtroom, Pellot is a member of the Worker’s Compensation Inns of Court (Miami), Cuban American Bar Association (CABA), and the Dade County Bar Association.

Pellot graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a minor in psychology from Florida International University. She received her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Nova Southeastern University, ranking in the Top 15% of her class. She provides bilingual legal services in both English and Spanish.
