BIO

Sahar Rodriguez was born in Miami, Florida, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Florida International University. She subsequently attended Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree. While in law school, she gained valuable litigation experience as an intern with the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s office.

Prior to joining the firm, Rodriguez worked at a statewide insurance defense firm practicing general civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on auto negligence, trucking, premises liability, and construction accident claims in both State and Federal Court. She also gained valuable experience early on in her career practicing various types of law at a general civil litigation firm, including probate and family law.

Rodriguez is admitted to the Florida Bar, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern District and Middle District of Florida.
