BIO

Michelle Sola is an Associate Attorney at Sioli Alexander Pino, where she focuses her practice on Defense Base Act and Workers’ Compensation claims as part of the firm’s insurance defense team.

Sola earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Florida International University and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from FIU College of Law. While in law school, she served as President of the Employment and Labor Law Society, and worked as both a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant for Professor Kerri Stone. Sola also competed on the FIU Law Moot Court team, earning awards for Best Petitioner Brief and Best Oralist. In her third year, she received the CALI Award for Excellence in Employment Discrimination.

Before joining Sioli Alexander Pino, Sola began her legal career as an Associate Attorney in South Florida, where she represented employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in Workers’ Compensation matters.
