BIO

Mariela Cruz is a Senior Associate Attorney at Sioli Alexander Pino. Her practice focuses on Admiralty and Maritime Law, General Liability, and Federal Workers’ Compensation litigation and consulting.

Cruz earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Birmingham-Southern College. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she served as a student assistant in the school’s pro bono clinic.

With over five years of experience, Cruz has handled a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including high-profile and complex cases. In addition to her legal practice, she is dedicated to community service and regularly volunteers as an immigration attorney with local nonprofit organizations.
