Hector A. Fluriach

Hector A. Fluriach is an Associate Attorney at Sioli Alexander Pino, where he focuses his practice on Defense Base Act claims. With more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, Hector brings a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy, case management, and claims handling to his practice.

Hector holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University, and earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law, where he was named to the Dean's List, and received the Constitutional Law Book Award.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Hector built an extensive career as a paralegal, supporting attorneys in complex civil litigation matters and insurance-related claims. His experience includes drafting pleadings and motions, conducting legal research, preparing cases for trial, coordinating with expert witnesses, and managing all phases of litigation. He has also developed significant experience reviewing and analyzing medical records, preparing medical chronologies, and assisting with depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations. This hands-on experience provides him with a practical and detail-oriented perspective that benefits clients navigating complex claims.

Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his family and two children, traveling, and playing golf.
