Gina Case

BIO  

Gina Case serves as Counsel at Sioli Alexander Pino, where she focuses on Defense Base Act claims within the firm’s insurance defense practice. 

With over 18 years of experience in workers’ compensation law, Case has built a career in insurance defense litigation at various Florida law firms. She has also served as an Independent Contractor, providing legal counsel to law firms with a focus on strategic insight. 

Case graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, graduating cum laude. During law school, she volunteered with Teen Court in St. Petersburg, Florida, gaining valuable experience in community-based legal education. 

In addition to her legal education, Case holds an Alternate Teacher Certification from the State College of Florida and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing from the University of Central Florida. 

Based in Miami, Florida, Case is married and has a daughter. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her two mini Goldendoodles, Pocky and Mochi. An avid hobbyist, she is also a licensed amateur radio operator with the call sign W4GGI.
