Fernando A. Cordal

BIO

Fernando A. Cordal is an Associate Attorney at Sioli Alexander Pino handling Defense Base Act claims within the firm’s practice.

Fernando attended Florida State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Humanities. He went on to attend Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate, with a Concentration in Health Law. During law school, he served as President of the Cuban American Bar Association, Treasurer of the Cuban American Bar Association, and member of the Health Law Transactional Team. On this team, he earned 1st Place at L. Edward Bryant National Health Law Transactional Competition at Loyola University Chicago.

Fernando began his legal career working at a health insurance plaintiffs’ firm, where he developed strong skills in case evaluations through direct engagement with clients. He then gained experience at a first party property defense firm, where he assisted with depositions and developed a deeper foundation and understanding of the litigation process.

Outside of his legal work, Fernando enjoys playing soccer, watching movies, and spending time with his dog Blu.
