BIO

David Wolin is a seasoned civil & trial litigator with over 21 years of experience who handles a wide range of civil matters, including Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation, assisting banks and other financial service providers with regulatory, enforcement, transactional and litigation matters, and insurance and general commercial disputes.

Throughout his career, he has represented large institutional clients before state and federal courts in Florida. Wolin’s experience as lead trial counsel in cases with high exposure is a valuable asset in achieving favorable results, including through alternative dispute resolution. His extensive litigation skills make Wolin beneficial to his clients as he regularly consults them on recommended measures to help avert litigation. Wolin is extremely committed to and passionate about the legal profession. In his spare time, he served as an adjunct professor at a local university where he taught business law for several years.
