Vivian E. Restrepo has been practicing in the Commercial Transaction- Litigation field for over 10 years. Throughout her career, she has practiced alongside some of the Nation’s best.

Ms. Restrepo manages all aspects of litigation with a focus on Contract Law and Complex-Commercial Litigation.  She efficiently develops and implements innovative legal and business strategies specifically tailored to fit each and every client’s particular needs on a case-by-case basis. Throughout her career, Ms. Restrepo has been successful in obtaining numerous favorable verdicts for her clients both in, and out of the, courtroom.  

 

Outside of the courtroom, Ms. Restrepo is involved in various leadership roles within the community to promote environmental education, diversity, and women. She was appointed President of the Fairchild Palms in 2015, and continues as sitting President.  Additionally, Ms. Restrepo has been an active member of the Junior League of Miami for over 8 years. 

She is admitted to practice in the States of Florida and Texas, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the First District Court of Houston, TX. This versatility allows her to employ successful litigation strategies from one litigation forum to another.
