Eric Fresco is a Miami, Florida native.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Florida International University. He subsequently attended St. Thomas University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree. While in law school, Eric gained valuable litigation and motion practice experience as an intern with Legal Services of Greater Miami.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked as In-House Counsel for a national insurance company practicing general civil litigation defense, with an emphasis on Personal Injury Protection claims in both County and Appellate Courts.

Eric is a seasoned civil & trial litigator who handles a wide range of civil matters, including Mortgage Foreclosure Litigation, Personal injury, Medicare Secondary Payer, Corporate Law, transactional and litigation matters.
