Katherine Chin is of Counsel at Sioli Alexander Pino where she focuses on commercial litigation matters, representing public and private employers and insurers against torts, civil rights, health, and disability related claims, in all stages of federal and state civil trial litigation and arbitration.  

 

Outside of the courtroom, Katherine advises employers on day-to-day operations, employment matters, and helps clients navigate compliance issues, including federal and state agency investigations before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations. 

 

Katherine earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida International University, graduating with cum laude. She then attended the University of Miami School of Law to earn her Doctor of Jurisprudence. 

 

Katherine is an active member and past Vice President of the Jamaican American Bar Association.
