Mr. DiSpaldo is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law in Florida and New York and before the U.S. District Court (Southern District in New York and Florida), and U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. DiSpaldo is also admitted in New Jersey.
Mr. DiSpaldo is a civil and administrative litigator with experience in transportation, premises liability and other areas of general insurance defense. He possesses extensive experience as a defense attorney representing clients in the areas of Florida State Workers’ Compensation claims, Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation matters and Defense Base Act claims. His clients have included large national insurance companies, governmental bodies, construction companies and general contractors, self-insureds, statewide servicing agents, and large national to small local employers.
He has frequently lectured at the annual Spring Forum on Workers’ Compensation and at continuing education seminars throughout the state of Florida on a variety of workers' compensation and employment topics.
